Observation

Licensor observed window coverings with pull cords capable of forming a loop and posing a risk to children. Licnsor observed glass doors did not have stickers or artwork to prevent a child from walking into them. Licnsor observed in the bathroom some light fixtures did not have shatter-resistant covers or light bulbs. Licensor observed the water in the bathroom was 140 degrees and hotter than 120 degrees. Licensor observed in the bathroom no GFCI outlet near the sink.
